+groups

Groups are a very effective way to learn new skills, grow insight, find support, get and give feedback, and practice making positive changes with yourself. Groups allow us to recognize how valuable it is to be vulnerable and how this allows for growth.

To be a part of a group you must commit that you will attend weekly and on time. Your peers rely on your being present and group is not effective if you do not attend each one. Groups take place quarterly (fall, winter, spring, summer) with about 12-16 sessions each. All groups are first come, first serve. Groups are forming monthly.
